Charles Saxton, Esq | Clint Nash, Esq

Mr. Saxton was born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska. He graduated from the University of Omaha in 1965 with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature. While at the University, he was initiated into Omicron Delta Kappa, an honorary society, which recognizes leadership and scholastic achievements.

He moved to Boulder, Colorado a year later to begin his legal studies at the University of Colorado School of Law, where he was awarded an academic scholarship. He graduated from C.U. Law School in 1969 with the degree of Juris Doctor. Shortly after, he passed the Bar, was admitted to practice and opened his offices in Longmont.

Mr. Saxton is a member of the Boulder County, Colorado and American Bar Associations and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and Colorado Trial Lawyers Association. He served one term on the Boulder County Bar Association Board of Trustees. He was a past chairman of the Boulder Bar Negligence and Personal Injury Committee and a past chairman and member of the Professionalism Committee.

Mr. Saxton has also been involved in a wide variety of community activities, including the Downtown Development Authority, past chairman, the Longmont Theatre Company, serving on its Board of Directors for more than 20 years and was instrumental in the purchase and remodeling of the historic movie theater where the company now produces its plays. He was also a several term member of the Board of Directors of the Longmont Symphony and a member, past president, and past treasurer of the Skyline Kiwanis Club.

The hands-on experience which comes from owning and operating his own business has been of considerable value to Mr. Saxton when advising clients. In addition to a comprehensive understanding of the law, he has personal knowledge of the practicalities of managing a business.

In addition to serving his individual clients, Mr. Saxton is dedicated to managing the firm which bears his name in a professional, ethical and socially responsible manner.
