Since 1969, Mr. Saxton has been endeavoring to improve the image of his profession by establishing a firm in which the legal needs of the  firm’s clients are met by highly qualified attorneys in a prompt, courteous, and professional fashion and at reasonable rates.

A primary goal is to develop a firm which is  capable of handling a wide variety of legal needs while remaining small enough to enable attorneys and staff to establish personal relationships with each client. Current areas of practice include:

The primary focus of our practice is on our clients, and a client’s individual access to his attorney is a high priority.

Each member of the staff is encouraged to participate within the community, and the firm is proud of its involvement in nonprofit and charitable organizations serving the community. Each attorney is experienced in his or her own area of emphasis and will write and speak for business audiences and the general public if requested. Client requests for presentations of this nature are encouraged.
