Most people want to know where they stand, how strong their case is, and the possible costs of hiring an attorney before starting any legal action.
Mr. Saxton understands these concerns and is willing to work with potential clients to minimize their initial legal expenses. One way in which the firm helps potential clients minimize legal costs is with a free initial consultation.
We will give free consultations not to exceed half an hour under the following conditions.
1. We will sit down with you to, listen to your problem, suggest alternatives if appropriate, and discuss with you strategies for accomplishing your goals.
2. If your problem is not within the firm’s area of expertise, we will help you locate an attorney that can help you.
3. At the end of our discussion and regardless of whether you hire the firm to represent you, we will not charge you for the first half hour that we meet.
4. Any time that exceeds the half hour will be charged at our usual hourly rates.
It is our hope that the above arrangement will encourage people that might not otherwise seek legal help to do so, while at the same time minimizing the cost of initial legal expenses.
